「The property was personal and unique - focused around a natural environment. The great thing about this property is that it’s situated in the heart of Tulum. Everything is walking distance from this place. Also the property offers ocean access and bicycle rental if available. The best way to see to Tulum is on cycles. The rooms are spacious and the showers were amazing. Great customer service by the front desk staff. I plan to return to this property.」

「Heel lief en behulpzaam personeel, schone grote kamers, fijne en schone badkamer, mooi zwembad. Locatie is perfect. Enige opmerkingen: niet aan beide kanten van het bed een stopcontact en de wifi is op de kamer erg slecht (geen wifi en ook geen mobiele service). (Oftmals fast alles ausgebucht) Als wir dort ankamen, war niemand da und mir wurde dann telefonisch mitgeteilt das ich kein Zimmer habe. 「Hidden gem! It’s like a small community offering like 35 specious one bed apartments with an outdoor tub in each unit and an infinity pool and grills on the rooftop. Very calm and chill, perfect for long stay as well; you park outside of the property on the street if you don’t mind.」

「Ubicada en la parte más tranquila de Zona Hoterla, es un hospedaje ecológico, con gente amable y sin las pretenciones de otros establecimientos de Tulum. El cenote es espectacular, la vegetación, despertar con sonidos de aves y cangrejos llegando a tu puerta le da un toque extra. 」

「Mimosa was a nice hostel / hotel in a really convenient location. Our private room was clean, the hosts were friendly and helpful, and the location was very near to cafes, shops, markets, etc… but not on the main road. The pool was down when we were there but it looks like they were fixing it. Also, there was a big storm when we were there. The electricity went out but they came around with candles which was really helpful! 」
