"I loved the complimentary breakfast. But I had tried to book an early check in and late check out. They told me it couldn’t be done till the day of. I called at 5:45am for a late check out and was told they couldn’t because it was already taken. "

"Wow! The Panoramic Chalets are stunning. Spacious and inviting. I'm glad they're is no tv to distract the kids from the gorgeous view. My only regret is not booking a longer stay 🙁 Highly recommend and already planning our return. "

"The rooms were clean, the bed was comfortable and the breakfast exceeded my expectations. No fault of the hotel itself, but it is located across from 2 shelters and there were dozens of drug addicts outside doing drugs and passed out on the streets at all times of the day "

"Nice room - was double beds not queen size as expected however we were very comfortable. Really enjoyed being able to get coffee and a bite in the morning - very well stocked and clean facilities. I would definitely go back!"

"It was a great stay. It was a really nice hotel. Great staff, super clean, and very reasonable. There is a bus (Lines 67, 85, 87) every 10 minutes into downtown Ottawa that leaves right across the motel and drops you off downtown in about 20 minutes. It was very quiet at night, and I highly recommend it. There is a Maxi supermarket within walking distance, several food places, and free parking."

"Clean and spotless. Friendly staff to greet us. 10 to 20 minute drive to everywhere we needed to go. We will definitely make Rideau Heights Inn our place to stay while in Ottawa."
