"The hotel was clean and the housekeeping staff are great. The front desk staff were also very good, especially Sherry who helped us with some restaurant suggestions and was very friendly. The cafe for breakfast was also good for a medium sized meal. The care is open for dinner too but we did not try it this time. It’s an older hotel but it is in great shape and well maintained. EV. Charging lvl 2 is also good. Overall, a very good value hotel. Not high end but certainly clean and functional....

"The location is excellent. The hotel situated near Lyon LRT station. It is 10 minutes walking distance from the Parliament. There is a Food basic grocery store around the corner. The room was clean, bed was comfortable, bathroom was renovated."

The beds were firm enough to provide support but also soft enough that you felt like you’re sleeping on a marshmallow. It was super comfortable! "As soon as you walk in you feel you are in an upscale hotel. The staff is very welcoming and accommodating. The hotel is easy to navigate. We particularly loved, the pool, the hot tub, the sauna room. There is also inside access to the Rideau Mall. Our room had a beautiful view of Parliament which was a really great view as the sun was setting. We will be back for sure. "
