"The staff (especially Jenny and Sam) went over and above to make us feel welcomed. It was my wife’s birthday and they even left her a treat which made her feel extra special. The bed was so soft and comfortable too. Thank you so much for a beautiful stay."

"We stayed for 6 days - our room was not tended to at all during this time, even though we were told it would be done after 4 days. Two of the other travel parties in our group also booked rooms at this hotel - their rooms contained a larger TV, and a microwave which our room did not and we were staying longer than they were. We did not know that microwaves were an option in the room and it would have been a great amenity to have given our length of stay. We did not notice the difference in rooms until the day our friends were checking out and noticed the size of their television and that they had a microwave and counter area."
