Hotel was great. Room was great, only downfall, TOO many homeless close to the hotel...was uncomfortable walking back to the hotel from the Byward Market such a shame, as it is a touristy area.

Overall we were very happy with our stay. Rooms were very clean and beds very comfortable. Staff was great and extremely helpful. The parking garage had a strong smell , not sure what it was but otherwise parking was very handy and appreciated. The breakfast was very good. Really enjoyed the oatmeal :)

Room and hotel in general were very clean. Great selection at breakfast. Was a bit noisy with traffic but our room was on the street side. Neighborhood was a bit sketchy but felt safe within the hotel. Would recommend staying here.

Very nice hotel & a good location for exploring the city. Good variety at breakfast and staff are very helpful. Our hotel room was spacious with a huge, comfortable bed. There are a few homeless people/drug addicts across the main road which can be a little disturbing to see although this is beyond the hotel’s control.

Perfect for families with young kids! The staff were super helpful and accommodating. The location is very central which allows you to walk to major attractions. The breakfast buffet was very convenient. We would definitely return to this hotel.

The room i stayed in was spacious and had a good view of a section of the downtown area. Staff were helpful when approached for assistance. And the air-conditioning works. Located about 20 minutes walking distance from restaurant and shops in that section of the downtown area.
