Very friendly and helpful staff! Breakfast was a convenient surprise. Very large bathroom was spotless. Large bedroom was comfortable for family.

In the pictures it didn't look that high-end. But seeing it, we were very pleasantly surprised. It seems recently refurbished while still retaining that Venice charm. Nice, clean, only the first night was a bit cold as you can't control the A/C.

Absolutely loved my stay here, the staff were extremely helpful and friendly and the property was clean and in a good location.

I like absolute to recommend the people to pass their vacations in Hotel Critallo, if they go to Venice.

Our apartment at Al Bailo were one of the best parts of our visit to Venice . Friendly greetings from all staff and a large, bright and modern apartment . The kitchen was equipped with a Nespresso machine and there was a good supply of coffee pods and teabags. Restaurants and stores were few steps from the entrance and we were a short walk to San Marco , the Rialto and all Venice has to offer. We will definitely stay here again.

this place is an absolute gem, tucked away, great views, calm , tranquil , out of the way.If peace and quiet is what you seek this is the spot for you. One piece of advice to fellow travelers: the main vaporetto/boat from the Marco Polo Airport stops at “ Faro” Station, if you have luggage do not go on foot as it is quite far, stay at the “ Faro Station” and catch another vaporetto / boat the 4.1 line, it will take you to the next stops at the Vaporetto station called “ Navagero” and from there...

The room was much nicer than expected. If I travel to Venice in the future I would most likely stay in the same place. I highly recommend. Interior was spacious and modern.

Helpful staff even thought the front desk was in a different property 3 blocks away. Great location!

The location is convenient and close to transportation, restaurants, and shopping. Yet it is located on a very quiet street! The property is safe, clean, and well stocked. We stayed for 10 days, enjoyed using the kitchen and interacting with the friendly housekeepers! Will definitely stay here again in our next visit to Venice!

The rooms were comfortable but could use a good dusting (supply & return ducts and lamps were dusty). Good location and VERY helpful staff. Samon answered all our questions and helped us travel esp with understanding the Vaporetto etc. I would book again!

The staff is very friendly and welcoming. Only a 3-4 min drive to the airport. The grounds are beautiful with lots of plants, a garden to relax and of course the farm animals. The donkeys are so cute and friendly. I spent a good amount of time with them. There’s also a very cute grey tabby cat on premises. Only bad was the A/c didn’t work well

It was a lovely stay at Venice My Friends Canal View. The owner was welcoming and very helpful, the room was clean, and there were complimentary coffee and biscuits. I recommend staying here if you travel to Venice!

An amazing experience. Very accessible staff. Very clean. Great quiet location not stuffed with tourists but an easy walk to the busy areas. I didn’t realize upon booking that we had a washer and dryer, so that was an extremely pleasant surprise to do laundry halfway through the trip. Small grocery store right across the small canal to stock up on snacks and small meals for very cheap, which was a nice money saver. Fully furnished kitchen if you want to cook.

Really nice rooms. Everything is new and fresh. Staff was extremely polite, flexible and helpful. Location is great. Near to Venice's 5th avenue (of course that doesn't exist, but you will find Louis Vuitton, Dior, DG, Ferragamo, and the best restaurants in the city nearby). It is a few minutes away from Piazza San Marco, or Rialto bridge, and there are plenty of Vaporeto (water bus) nearby. It is of course not the easiest place to get in if you are caring large bags. Excellent location and very large. Easy walk to boats and St Marks square. Large modern bathroom and everything I needed for my stay. Highly recommend.
