「While its not one of the newest hotels in Kelowna, it was convenient option for us, while visiting a family member in the hospital. The room was always clean, and the mattresses were very comfortable. We appreciated the daily coupons for breakfast at Ricky's, located next door. You can choose a $10 breakfast, or have $10 deducted from your menu choices. All interactions with staff illustrated their commitment with excellent customer service. It was a very pleasant experience for us. 」

「空港から見える位置にありますので静寂ではありません。目の前にレストランとドラッグストアがありますが、クリスマス付近は休みだったり時短です。ホテルのレストランはカジュアルですがお値段は海外です。所定の場所で待っていれば送迎車が頻繁に来ます。フロントの人は親切でした。古いホテルですが前泊や後泊で泊まるには良いと思います。」
