"The house itself is big and beautiful. The low rating for our stay is mostly the extreme lack of communication with the host. After completing the booking, I asked a question regarding sleeping accommodations as an infant was with us. 1 month later I had still not received a response so I submitted the question again. They replied and said they would get back to me, never did. After reviewing the details of the house about a week prior to arriving, I noted a sentence stating the pool was unavailable until further notice. I contacted them again to confirm the pool was available as the main listing, photos and amenities all state a pool is available. One of the main reasons for booking this house was for the pool, size of house and garage, as we were a large party attending my daughter's wedding. Finally after a few more requests to confirm the pool was available, they replied, yes. The listing states check in information will be provided up to 3 days prior to check in. With less than 24 hrs to check in I had to reach out again requesting check in information. The check in information had incorrect wifi info and now stated the garage was not included, which was greatly disappointing as we were relying on. Several requests went out asking for the correct wifi password, among other questions about the appliances and household items, which no reply was ever received during the entire stay!! We have stayed at many places and have never received such poor lack of communication. "

"We had a great stay here, the unit accommodated four adults and two children comfortably, the kitchen was well stocked, and it was nice to have three bathrooms and a large patio area. The view of the pool and lake is a nice bonus. The building is great, and very close to many wineries. "

"The basement suite is very big and comfortable. We loved the massive couch and the DVD collection for our quiet Sunday night after a busy weekend at the wineries and visiting family. The private patio was nicer than we expected, just beware of the pool splash zone! hahahaEasy access, great AC, and ideal parking right in the driveway. We would recommend for sure at the very fair price."

"We had an absolutely wonderful 4-night stay!! Beautiful location - great pool/hot tub and a private beach. One morning while paddle boarding, we felt we had the whole lake to ourselves - which was nice considering it was following a long weekend in August. Stunning!!Graham was timely in their responses and always respectful and super helpful. The suite was perfect for our family. It was clean, comfortable and spacious!!Only suggestions would be to turn on the AC prior to the guest’s arrival, so it’s nice and cool, as it did take some time for it to kick in and with 30 degree weather, it would’ve been nice to enter to a refreshingly cool suite. Also, having some laundry detergent pods and coffee would’ve been a nice addition. Small things, but would’ve enhanced our experience and appreciated. Otherwise, we will definitely be returning and recommending to others. Thank you!!!"
