「Close to downtown. Clean hotel.」

「The check in was a bit annoying. We booked through Expedia, tried to add on an extra night. They told us to book through Expedia they would hold the extra night. We had to rebook everything. Then when we arrived we were told we would have to change rooms for our other 2 days. They were quick about changing our new room the next day. They told us when we went to get more coffee for our room the next day that they don’t clean the rooms, even if you stay for a few days. That stopped during Covid....

「Had the cabin which with 3 bedrooms and pull out with a kitchen. Also had 2 parking spots and a place sit and barbeque (never had a chance to use). Cabin and outside area are fairly clean but very dated. Bathroom was updated. The couch had a old cloth cover on it. Inside smelled like old cigarettes. Expected more for the large sum paid. The dishwasher leaked when we used it a it took us a long time to get the TV to work due to wire problems (had to move the wires to get power to stay on the TV...

「I had some issues with my car and had to wait for it to be repaired. The staff were very gracious on allowing us a later checkout so we could wait in our room.」

「Bedsheets were dirty. Guests were very loud at 2am No elevator or help from staff to get the bags to the room Sauna not working Coffee was good」

「This is our second stay here. The room is very spacious, clean and quiet. However the hot tub was very dirty, ring of grime around the entire hot tub.」
