The room has always been great and the staff have always been really friendly and helpful. It’s why I keep going back time and time again, not to mention the pool and the deep hot tub has been wonderful for the kids and I.

This Sandman is under renovations and should be advertised as such BEFORE booking. Impossible to find your way from tower section to lobby without going outside and around the entire building. In winter this not fun. There is signage but directions were not specific or helpful. Room was satisfactory and staff were pleasant. Until the renovations are complete I suggest staying elsewhere in Kelowna.

Yes staff was fantastic. Was upset that i asked for room to be done as was changing from my sister staying Friday to my new husband Saturday night and they didn't change or make bed plus i left the dishwasher open so they could start it as i couldn't get it started and they didn't. Otherwise the staff was great.
