「We were extremely disappointed with our stay at Kettle Valley Beach Resort. Unfortunately, the property was nothing like it appeared in the online photos. The cabin was dirty when we arrived, with bugs on the floors and walls, and there were used, dirty washcloths hanging in the bathroom. The overall cleanliness was so poor that we didn't even want to take our shoes off inside. The entire place smelled old and stale, making it feel anything but comfortable or relaxing. 「The room was not clean, dirty walls and chairs, ice machine broken, hot tub broken. Musty had a kitchenette with no utensils or cooking pots.」

「The property was quiet and the bed comfortable. It looks like it hasn't been upgraded since the 60's. Everything in the room was dated and in need of replacement/repair. When you cant close the door to use the toilet, it was not impressive.We would have checked out had we not paid for it. The description was false and there was no way the reality matched what they tried to sell.」

「Stayed for four nights in a corner room on the top floor. Incredible views! So nice to be directly on the lake with a private beach. Room was clean. This is an older motel that is being renovated. I liked the no carpets and loved the balcony with two chairs and a table. Kitchen had the basic necessities including a cook top. Cabinet doors and baseboards were falling off. Great BBQ space! I would definitely come back!」

「Yes everything was clean and tidy, the staff was very helpful and professional, breakfast was very nice as well, did not use the pool or hot tub but it appeared very adequate. Location is great close to everything.」
