Mark and the staff worked with Expedia to resolve the issue and allow my friend and I to atay at the hotel as intended within our budget for our West Coast bucket list trip. It really made our trip that Mark and the Fairmont Staff csme through and resolved the issue even though theybwere under no obligation to do so as i made the booking mistake. "
