The staff was incredible. The biggest shoutout to the bellhops who were so welcoming and helpful. They showed us how to catch our bus to the suspension bridge, and pointed us in the right direction for attractions. Super friendly. The room was beautiful, clean, and a great view.

Beautiful room, all staff great. Not sure what was going on but huge lines at check in. Once through the line desk staff apologized for the wait and all good!

Nice big 1 bedder suite. Sofa bed was pretty comfortable. Comes with fully equipped kitchen, and very convenient with a supermarket (IGA) just beside the hotel. My kids loved the room. Staff was very pleasant as well. The hotel had 3 Self serve washers (CAD$3) and 3 dryers (CAD$2) which is very convenient for us. Seems to be in pretty high utilisation. I usually used them earlier in the morning which all washers and dryers were available. Hotel location was very convenient in the heart of downtown Vancouver in the shopping district. Metro was well within walking distances and many choices for good food!

We loved our visit at the rosewood! Rooms are beautifully upgraded and large. It felt opulent and grand there and staff were very helpful throughout. My only two small complaints are that the entire hotel is drenched in their signature scent. It’s very strong. And second, because the building itself is short and in the center of town, noise from the streets is inevitable.

We received the notice that there were no longer single used plastic shampoo/conditioner, bottles, which was fine. However, we were very surprised that there was no shampoo/conditioner/body wash at all. We expected that there would be multi use items attached to the wall. That was a miss as far as communication goes. Was also concerned about safety/security, recognizing there is no obstacle for anyone to enter the hotel guest levels. The elevators were not protected by a key card to go up to guest rooms. You could go directly from the street up to guest level with never encountering a staff member.
