"This is a great hotel if you want to be near Vancouver and Richmond. It is a hub as you can take the bus from the ferry and from the hotel take different ways to get to Vancouver (metro, public buses, taxis, etc.). The location is convenient, the hotel well maintained and the staff very helpful. We needed to leave our luggage as we arrived early and the front desk staff were friendly and helped us to keep it safe. I'd recommend this hotel for business travellers, couples and families with small children as there is also an indoor swimming pool. The casino does not bother at all."

"Fairmont Waterfront’s was the perfect location for me. It is only a quick 5-10 minute walk from the Sky train station coming from the airport. The staff was friendly and welcoming from check-in, housekeeping, service, bar, valet. The rooms are well kept and comfortable. Our TV didn’t work in our room and we were immediately moved into another room with an upgrade from our original booking. Right next door, there was a convenient food court and a drug store."

"I was very happy with the room/beds. But for the money there wasn’t even any body lotion in the amenities which was disappointing as we had packed everything so didn’t have it available after a shower. Also the bedside clock wasn’t adjusted to the correct time and my husband ended up waking me at 3 instead of 6. The bedside clock read 6 so he went by that grrrr. Made for a very tired next day traveller. Little things but important. The room was very pricey and a few little things added would have been great."
