Clean room and friendly staff. Only complaint was the lack of robes to go to pool. Other than that we love the place.

It was very nice and clean with a lovely fragrance. There were two softer pillows and two harder pillows on the bed for different preferences. Very quiet, safe, friendly neighborhood. I would stay there again.

We found that public transportation-we took taxis and the train-were very accessible to travel both into Vancouver and to and from the airport.
It was fine as a stop for a night’s sleep with late flights into Vancouver before we moved onto other accommodations downtown.
It was very nice, seemed safe, near the airport
Richmond is a nice, classy place. Great food.
Lots of great dining options.
