"The girls at the front desk were new and told us the wrong instructions to get the shuttle from the airport, resulting in an over an hour wait outside. Once we arrived, there was no apology and a slow check-in line. We were also disappointed with the cost, and the hotel requires upgrades. There was also no shuttle to our morning flight, and the girls again forgot our voucher. "

"The staff were amazing! The room was definitely everything you see & some. The shower had heated floors which was amazing. The view was nice from our room. They did not have an ice machine on the floor but the front desk ran us some immediately, their customer service was phenomenal. The restaurant was still not open but they did make up for that with free breakfast items and coffee which worked out perfect for our early morning outings to grab and go. The bed felt amazing & definitely felt like a home away from home very comfortable. I’d definitely recommend and stay here again. "

"I booked two rooms they were ridiculously distanced from each other. I tried to get information on the rooms before arriving and no one seemed to have any answers, i would have changed rooms had i known. Check in took a very long time despite doing the online check in and again there was little property knowledge to answer questions. It was frustrating and lowered our experience. There were three people checking people in at the front desk, all three seemed to be in training because only one person was overseeing the checkins and therefore spread very thinly because all staff greatly depended on her assistance. The online pictures of the 2 bedroom hotel room was very different than the real version. The food in the restaurant was average. The restaurant servers were good. I don’t know if this was normal for this hotel or just a training period for staff. The hotel is very broken up in different sections with long corridors. There needs to be a clearer floor plan with distict names for each section showing the proximity to amenities. I wouldn't book again unless i was attending an event that took place in the hotel again. On arrival the staff had no knowledge of where the event was to be held and said i would need to ask the morning of the event. For people with limited mobility it made the entire 3 days very challenging. Both toilets in the 2 bedroom suite could barely flush. After hearing an abundance of sirens we realized this hotel is right by the hospital. Great view."
