"The hotel has just been renovated, and looks amazing. The rooftop pool was lovely and heated quite warmly so as to be comfortable when it is a bit chilly. I can't say enough nice things about the staff, everyone we talked to was incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful. Breakfast and lunch in the restaurant were delicious, and they say a dinner service should start in a few weeks. It was a convenient location for us, being near the airport and fun things to do in Richmond, including amazing dumpling and dim sum restaurants. The rooms were well noise-insulated, being near the airport didn't bother us at all. Wonderful property."
