"The facilities were excellent. Stove, full fridge with freezer. However, the pillows were as hard as a rock and there was no cell service in the room. I have a 99 year old mother in an assisted living home that needs to contact me frequently. If they had tried during my stay, they wouldn't have been able to get me."

"There’s a coffee maker in the room and cookies and coffee free in the lobby. The egg restaurant just around the corner is excellent. We had no problem getting the free hotel shuttle quickly at the airport and we flew in very late around 10 PM. We got an Uber to go to the Chinatown area and it was relatively cheap. "

"The hotel was fine, but were confused by the hotel check-in in the west and east buildings. Did it matter? Also, the casino was poorly staffed and bathrooms were disgusting."

"I paid an additional fee for guaranteed early check-in at 1:00 PM. When I arrived at approximately 2:15 PM, I was told my room was still not ready and was asked to wait while housekeeping finished cleaning it. I explained that if a room was not available at the guaranteed early check-in time I had paid for, I would like a refund of the early check-in fee. The front desk employee refused the refund and instead offered another room of the same type, which I accepted because I was checking in before a cruise and needed to settle in. Unfortunately, the replacement room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke despite being labeled as a non-smoking room. I called the front desk to confirm it was non-smoking, and the employee acknowledged that it was. Their solution was to send a male employee to the room with air freshener to spray it. For my own comfort level, I was not comfortable allowing an unknown man into my room while I was alone, so I declined. What made the experience even more uncomfortable was an inappropriate comment made during check-in. After asking if I was checking in alone and I answered yes, the front desk employee stated, “Well, if you need to, we can let you bring a guest to your room if needed.” The comment felt unnecessary, unprofessional, and inappropriate during a standard hotel check-in interaction. Overall, the experience was disappointing from start to finish. If guests are paying extra for guaranteed early check-in, the hotel should either honor that comm"

"We were only there for an overnighter... The restaurant, Chop was very over rated/price. A less than mediocre steak at what was trying to be a high end Steak House. But the service was too friendly for us to complain."

"Clean room, decent breakfast, friendly staff. Disappointed that I booked because the hotel advertised shuttle to the airport. Upon arrival I was told they don’t go to the south terminal so I had to take a cab. The neighbouring hotel pays for their guests to take a cab to the south terminal maybe the comfort hotel should look at that too. Otherwise was a great stay and the park behind the hotel is beautiful."
