"Staff not helpful in terms of what to see and do in the area. Whole hotel is disjointed for eg. Pool is on another floor separate from the gym. No bathrooms in the lobby. You need to use bathrooms in adjoining restaurant which were very smelly. It was the oddest layout and did not look like picture posted on line. But location was walking distance to Roger’s centre and Costco. That’s probably the highlight of vacation. Staff needs to provide more information to tourists as they arrive, like a map of the area, point out where I am and what great things there are to do in the area. Not just hand me my keys and wish me luck! Not happy "

"Liked dining staff. Front desk was not very helpful when I tried to tell them about phone problems. Kept saying I had to talk to manager. The manager did contact me and remedied the problem. Also the lighting in the bathroom is very poor."

"Parking was atrocious and would not recommend a stay there for anyone. This was supposed to be a hotel but it's a motel and we were deceived online of the description. Music in the courtyard was very LOUD and had to call the front office for it to be rectified. Elevator wouldn't work so we carried everything upstairs ourselves. Apparently, you have to reset for the elevator to work????"
