"Room was extremely clean. Staff were so helpful and kind. Great location for the Pacific Coliseum Arena. Lots of eateries all within a very short walk and a gas station directly opposite hotel. Hotel offers parking, but we did not need it for our stay. There is a bus stop directly outside the hotel which take you straight to the waterfront train line, (R5 Hastings street route)from Waterfront station you can get to anywhere in the city. Hotel offers breakfast which was amazing, something for everyone's tastes. Would 100% absolutely recommend this hotel. was perfect. Will be back."

"The room itself was clean. We only spent one night before heading out on a cruise. The check in process was a little difficult as it was not easy to find the enterance to the hotel and there wasn't anyone to ask questions to when we finally found the entrance. The valet service was not helpful and there was no bellman help. I would also say the casino was not very nice."

"We keep coming back to this hotel as it has everything we need and it is one of the last true independent hotels. It is always a pleasure to stay at. A few of the rooms do need updates but they remain fully functional and serve the purpose for a few nights stay. The staff are always friendly and pleasant. And you can't beat the proximity of the hotel to all of the events."
