"Overall, it was a lovely place to stay. The room was spacious and clean, and it came with a coffee machine and complimentary coffee pods. The sink was a little too low for my liking, and housekeeping seemed to forget to provide bottled water. I’m not sure whether it was included though, since I only received it on my second day."

"Everything about the hotel and staff was good or excellent, The only thing I didn't like was the carpeting on the guest floor hallways, I was on the 17th floor. Way to many colors made the pattern visually unsettling, especially that milk chocolate brown color looks like a nasty stain. The over all tone-on-tone color scheme worked well in the room I was in, including the carpet in the room. The hallway carpets reminded me of load and busy carpeting found in Las Vegas hotels... designed as stimulation to keep your energy levels high, not what I want to feel on my way to my room for some relaxation. Other than that I enjoyed my stay and added the Hyatt to hotels I want to stay in when visiting Vancouver."
