「We could not stay at this condo due to the active wildfire, highway closure and hazardous smoke. We tried to cancel 2 days before check in as we left the Penticton area early to allow evacuees to occupy our room, but this host refused a partial refund or cancellation, showing zero flexibility. 「Clean place, we'll looked after - felt more like a home away from home. West Kelowna is not my first choice when in the Okanagan, but the overall relaxing vibe of the unit and facilities helped make up for it. Host communicates well, everything was described well and my opinions seem to mirror others that have reviewed this place. I would certainly come back, my only suggestion is facecloths and pool towels (lol) - perhaps I missed them. Thank you for the great stay, we will certainly be back.」
