「I booked a room at Borgata Lodge through Expedia for a party of 3, advertised as including a Queen Murphy Bed and a Double Sofa Bed. Upon checking in, the experience was an absolute nightmare.

「There are definitely some great things about this property: the location is excellent, it was clean, secure parking was a major plus, and the host was very responsive during check-in.

「The suite was clean and the bed comfortable. For our purposes, there was everything we needed in the kitchen for food prep. This said, both the suite and grounds could do with a bit of TLC.
The lighting was poor, making the suite really dark. It was a challenge using the bathroom mirror to apply make-up.
Lastly, it would be a nice touch to have a small welcome note and perhaps a couple of bottles of water. 」
