「Nicest room I’ve had in years, clean room great mattress. The complimentary breakfast was very good . Did not use pool or weight room both however looked great.i would not hesitate to give a 10 out of 10!」

「Due to a rescheduled medical appointment, I paid a $44 CAD fee to change my check-in dates. Upon arrival, I found out that the 3-person breakfast originally included in my booking was removed, forcing us to pay for breakfast out of pocket. Paying a modification fee only to lose an included benefit is very disappointing and unreasonable.」

「I don't like the Nespresso machines so didn't use them.」

「it's clean!」

「Great location!」

「nice hotel close to lake side」

「The bathroom and lighting was poor and the bed was not comfortable enough」

「Very old building with some decent renovations but much still needing to be updated. Parking was a struggle. Not enough spaces and a bit chaotic. Homeless people all around the place」

「Very small rooms. Could not figure the tv out. Was loud for a bit at night.」
