「The pool and river is very nice. Our suite had wall paper coming apart in the bathroom, we had a contact lense on the floor, and crumbs from granola on the carpet in the bedroom. No mention of discount or apology really. For the high price, it should be prestine.」

「Would love to see a make up mirror in the bathroom. The shower sprayed water above the glass shield so the room and toilet got wet otherwise, everything was fine for the one night we stayed.」

「Our room looked clean until we took our shoes off and then little ants were everywhere. Floors were filthy , we wet a cloth to wipe some moisture up and it was black . Had to go buy air fresheners the odour was so bad , not even a bag for ice , just the bucket」

「Please replace the chair in room 204 it is worn leatherette and in terrible shape. Otherwise room was in great condition.」
