Rated cleanliness down not because it was dirty so much as too agressively cleaned. In breakfast area both mornings of my stay staff was spraying everything and cleaning during service time. They were cleaning table I was sitting at while I was eating, sanitizing the service utensils and spots that were in contact with food, etc. I am sure that we were getting chemicals in our food as a result. Also although the breakfast was "free" eggs were like hockey pucks, only white bread available, and nothing fresh.
