「Firstly, check in was at 4pm. Quite late compared to other hotels but other hotels usually let you in early if the room is ready. Not this place!! We arrived at 2pm and got told check in is at 4pm. We went for a drive and came back at 2.45pm and sat in the foyer. At 3pm 2 lots of people arrived and went straight up to the desk and check in while we were sitting there waiting for 4pm! So I told the receptionist that I couldn't help but notice that others were checking in while we were sitting...

「Well, the first thing I noticed was that the walls were suppose to be white, but it was obvious washing them was not part of the daily cleaning regiment. I ended up scrubbing down the bathroom walls as they were gross! Second, toast and two kinds of cereal are not enough options for breakfast - especially when one of the cereals was raisin bran.
