"Our room was fantastic and the view was incredible! Our room had a kitchen and a laundry room! The only negative about the room was the washing machine. It was a front loader and the rubber gasket was very dirty with mildew so I did not use it. Otherwise, the room was clean. It was a very quiet setting despite there being a lot of construction in the area. The staff were very friendly and helpful. "This is a very peaceful place to stay, even the restaurant was lovely. No blaring music and we could listen to the birds chirping while we ate. We will definitely be back!"

"The bed! The bed is amazing! I love this hotel. Keep in mind, the floors are hardwood so it can be noisy. I would stay on the second floor to avoid the foot noise. "

The bed was comfortable which is a big deal for us. Decor is dated, but part of what drew us there was the history, so we didn't mind at all.
