Staff was not overly friendly by any means. They never answered the front desk phone after calling it a dozen times either. Pool towels weren’t in our room and we had to exchange at the front desk. Floors were not as clean as they should have been and in top of fridge was gross dusty, but everything else was clean. No extra perks.

The overall experience was good. The room was clean and new. The parking fee seems excessive since there isnt really an option except to park under the hotel and you have to pay $18/night. Additionally, we went to the pool and it is across the street. It was super busy and it was very loud even during "quiet time." The change room area was extremely small and i was not going to walk across the road in the cold in my bathing suit. Different story if you were staying in the host hotel.

Very clean suite with large bathroom, nice comfy bed and fireplace was terrific. Had a terrific night sleep.

Everything was great, cute, comfy, beautiful, great location close to everything (walkable). We stayed at a two-bedroom room. Be aware if it is important for you to have vanity or shelf space in bathroom to set aside toothbrush, a few skincare bottles and small toiletry bags. There is none. One bathroom has just a pedestal sink and another has a very small vanity. We use small nightstand by bed and kitchen table for that. Parking is close by, but expensive.
