「Clean, new well kept. They could use better coffee at the breakfast. 」

「I was very disappointed with the room instead of having four towels. I had three, no soap to wash my body period. I pulled out the bed and there were french fries and dirt underneath each bed. And your representative on the phone was very rude for the first booking and said I was getting the best deal then I had to call back and I said I just booked it online and I got it $50 cheaper 」

「What makes this property special are Elsa and Brian who made a personal effort to provide good service. From helping with the door key, to carrying luggage and providing room service for dinner they went the extra mile and it makes a difference. The room and bathroom were very clean. Good value for money. The property is not fancy but I’m very glad we chose it as it was a positive rather than neutral experience on our journey.」

「Unfortunately the room was dirty. Sheets and bedding had stains on them and the bathroom walls were dirt. Two of the windows when you open them would fall right out 」
