「Breakfast was less than stellar. Everything was cold and old, no napkins to be found and not sure where the staff was but the tables were dirty and not even a cloth for me to at least clean the table we were sitting at. 」

「I was very disappointed with the room instead of having four towels. I had three, no soap to wash my body period. I pulled out the bed and there were french fries and dirt underneath each bed. And your representative on the phone was very rude for the first booking and said I was getting the best deal then I had to call back and I said I just booked it online and I got it $50 cheaper 」

「What makes this property special are Elsa and Brian who made a personal effort to provide good service. From helping with the door key, to carrying luggage and providing room service for dinner they went the extra mile and it makes a difference. The room and bathroom were very clean. Good value for money. The property is not fancy but I’m very glad we chose it as it was a positive rather than neutral experience on our journey.」

「It was a mixed experience. When we arrived it was clearly understaffed as one lady at the desk was managing all of us, including a youth hockey team and a fairly rude customer. However, despite that, she handled it like a champ! I was very impressed with her service. We also ended up being checked into a room that had not been cleaned (housekeeping neglect, which I gathered may be a common occurrence). But, when I brought this up with the lady up front she was very apologetic and moved us into...
