「The room was clean and appeared recently renovated, but we did notice a few issues (empty body wash, a loose shower head, and a slow-draining sink). Breakfast was great—scrambled eggs, sausage, a waffle maker, plus the usual continental options. The gym was basic but spacious and very clean. We didn’t use the pool, but it looked well-maintained and had a waterslide. We would definitely stay here again.」

I didn’t appreciate that they didn’t have daily maid service, considering how much we paid to stay here. There was a slip that you could fill out to request towels. I put that in and they called and said that I had to come down to the front desk with my dirty towels and they would give me clean ones. They couldn’t deliver the towels because they had too many bookings, but...
