「Biggest annoyance was not having a microwave in the room, being told by the front desk that we can come and ask them to heat things anytime and then being treated like a giant burden when we did just that. Breakfast was pretty good, cleaning times for the room were a bit irregular and we had to ask for towels etc a few times but they did a great job when they came.」

「ホテル1階のレストランでの朝食付きだったので、ビュッフェ形式かと思ってたところ、メニューから好きな食事1品、コーヒー、ジュースと個人個人好きなものを選べるシステムが大変良かった。 またフロントの対応も良く、UPグレイドされてたことを後になってきずいた。 ケローナに行ったら、また泊まりたいホテルですが、 ホテルの価格からすると、空港とホテル間の無料シャトルバスがあってもいいかなと思いました。 」

「3度目の滞在になります。以前より、少しうるさくなった印象です。駐車場が満車で、宿泊しているにも関わらず、駐車できないことが３泊の間に３回もありました。駐車場自身が管理されておらず、枠外に止めていることで通れなくなっていたり、改善の余地があると思います。」

「The owner was amazing. He was so helpful and made sure all our needs were met. He made breakfast for everyone and is an amazing cook with many different options. The room was tidy and private. We had our own ensuite bathroom and patio to enjoy. The area is very picturesque.」
