「Staff are super frienfly esp.Raychel server from the breakfast and the front desk ash cash .They have really good staff in Marriot fairfield west kelowna.The room is what I expected it was clean and the call us everyday if we need something. The pool and the hot tub was good including the gym.I will come back in this hotel if I visit Kelowna again.」
「The receptionist was very nice and friendly. Although the building itself looks older, the room was clean, looks like it was renovated. Everything worked. The breakfast area was very clean, the staff was very friendly and always on stand by. I liked that it's a small establishment so it feels that everything is taken care of. Will recommend to others and try book there again, when visiting Kelowna.」
「Updated facilities and very kind staffs. Overall, it was quite comfortable experience. Small things to comments are one of two treadmills is out of order, and shower in the suite is not completely cleaned up. Breakfast area is very busy and packed. However it was good to stay during labour day long weekend. 」
