「Good location, view but the building is old, hitting system is loud and we couldn't turn it off.( becouse of the noise and drift) Also, parking not included in our stay and on the reception they didnt inform us. TV remote very complicated and I couldn't use it to turn off the TV,so I had to turn off manually. Pool was ok,hot tub was ok but switch didnt work to turn it on.」

「We had a wonderful stay at the Balcomo Hotel. Everything was spotless, and you can really tell the rooms have been recently updated—they’re modern, beautifully done, and incredibly comfortable. The beds and overall layout made it easy to relax and feel at home. The property grounds are also very well maintained, which added to the overall experience. It’s clear that a lot of care goes into keeping everything looking its best. We truly enjoyed our time here and will definitely be back!」

「Sufficient parking. Breakfast was cold. Staff was pleasant and room was clean. Jacuzzi tub is not a Jacuzzi tub, it is a bubble tub and cools the water down very quickly. The tub overfill drain is placed relatively low so you only get half a tub's worth of water. Bed was pretty hard」
