「The staff was great. The room was clean and the beach a 10 minute walk」

「We arrived and were seen quickly and our room was a suite. Made it easy to spread out all our things as we did travel with a lot. Super convenient to park outside the room. I used the pool and it was a little cold, but I guess when the sun really hits it gets warmer. I walked across the street which isn’t the safest because it’s a highway but there was a Mexican food truck and I picked up dinner there and we ate it by the pool, which was great.」

「We required 2 beds and hide-a-bed. Room was too small for hide-a-bed. Opening it would completely block the door, leaving no exit in case of emergency. Completely unsafe. So hide-a-bed could not be used. Avalon also charged an extra $20 on top of booked and paid amount.」

「All of the staff were incredibly nice. The rooms were older, but clean and comfortable. The outdoor areas were well maintained and a great place to hang out. We loved the pool and the yard games. I would definitely recommend this motel!」
