The staff was so friendly. Greeted you with a big smile. The room was nice and clean. Pool and hot tub were great. Would definitely stay here again

Front desk staff provided very little information during out check in/out. When asked about pool/gym times the responses were very different from the information provided online/hotel directory. Elevator was loud, and making strange noises - we chose to use the stairs to access our 3rd floor room as we did not feel safe in the elevator.

I did not like booking months in advance for a 2 night stay.The first night was the advertised price .The second night was 2.5× the price the second night.The reasoning was the hotel was full. This practise is sleazy at best.The hotel has a floating rate day by day.Wich is not explained!
