"We stayed three days and it was fine. The furnishings were basic. "4 night stay in October - the wife and I. Really nice hotel - perfect for exploring Bilbao. Location 10/10 as by the footbridge over the Nervion and by the Guggenheim, new town, Bilboats and funicular. We were on the top floor - no views except suites - room 719 was quiet, clean albeit we had the worlds squeakiest bathroom door and were fodder for a ravenous mosquito but soon sorted. Staff, breakfast, reception and bar area 10/10. Tip - pay for breakfast it is tip top! Thanks"

"Very nice hotel, new and clean with a great and very helpful staff. Very walkable but a bit out of the way for the beaches. Very close to the rail station. Food choices are close by but they get better as you walk into town a bit. Nice hot tub in the lower level, steam and sauna are there as well. The pool is small but adequate and nicely situated on the roof of the hotel."
