This was an exceptional hotel, the room we had was large and comfortable, well equipped and spotlessly clean. The staff were amazing, very helpful and friendly. Very well located for old town and new town. Can’t fault it.

The hotel is very well located, and on top of that it's beautiful and very comfortable, and built with attention to detail. My room was big, extremely well equipped, had a comfortable bed, and a big and very clean bathroom. The staff was generally very nice and helpful, and breakfast was nothing short of superb. I would most definitely come back to this hotel and recommend it to anyone looking to spend a few years in San Sebastian. In terms of parking, it's expensive, but it works well. If you are willing to walk a few blocks there other options available, albeit less convenient. Summarizing, it is an amazing hotel that deserves an absolute 10/10.
