Our stay at Lasala was perfect from start to finish. Everything from the check-in to the check-out process was smooth and professional. The rooms were impressive, very spacious, modern, and spotlessly clean. The highlight for us was the staff's kindness when we ended up stuck in San Sebastián due to travel issues. They were incredibly helpful and extended our stay at a very reasonable price, which took a huge weight off our shoulders. The location is unbeatable. It is right next to the Old Town for amazing food and just a short walk to the main shopping areas. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city!

The hotel is very nice. Our view was nice of the harbor. Our only complaint is the bathrooms are in need of some renovations! The bathroom stall had a permanent odor. The shower leaked…a lot! Overall, the rest of the hotel was nice. Staff was friendly.

If you’re gonna stay here, you wanna stay on the top floor sixth floor overlooking the harbor. It’s worth the upgrade and breakfast in the room is extra extraordinary. The salmon is out of this world. The scrambled eggs are to die for the fruit is fresh. The cold cuts are typical Iberian cold cuts, and everything is fresh. The fruit salad is out of this world. The orange juice is divine if you have a chance ask for the star of this establishment, her name: DIKRA she is a gem! and I only wish there were more people in this world who follow her basic principle of heart based clean intentional service. What a joy to be served by her.

The Lasala Plaza Hotel rooms and services are excellent, as are the staff. The view of the San Sebastian bay is spectacular from the higher floors and the rooftop. Just a few minutes walk from the sand and water of the bay. It is also ideally situated right on the edge of the old town and the vibrant bar and food precinct, enabling the savouring of the best traditional pintxos and tapas. Overall, a great San Sabastion hotel in a perfect location. Definitely, we will rebook on our return to San Sebastian.
