"Fabulous stay, we had an accessible room which was well appointed with roll-under sinks, sliding doors and a shower chair. There are lifts throughout the building and a wheelchair lift to the parking area with a disabled bay. The staff were brilliant, really went the extra mile to make our stay lovely. I would highly recommend this hotel for all guests but especially those with mobility issues/wheelchair users. San Sebastian is also surprisingly accessible and flat. Brilliant all round!"

"The hotel's in a quiet neighbourhood, which is near Mt Igueldo and the beach. There are some cafes and restaurants along "Matias", which make up for the c.20 mins walk to the Old Town. "

"We've stayed at this hotel twice before,, when it was a Hotel Bed 4U. Now it has been very recently acquired by Leonardo hotels and standards seem good. Lovely, helpful staff who care about their job. We're stopping again on our way back to our home in France from Portugal early May.. Looking forward to it. "
