"It’s very good at being fine! The rooms are basic but do being basic very well. Not convinced the bed was hugely comfy but the building itself is very aesthetic and pretty “cool”. It feels extremely expensive for what it is, but I do think that might just be San Sebastián. Don’t pay for their parking - you can park on the street for a fraction of the price, but just have to be smart with when you pay from and to. The swimming pool photos flatter it - it’s pretty small but it does have a pool at least. I can imagine it’s a great spot if you’re needing somewhere for a long period and are working alongside it. The workspaces are clearly useful and well used. Good vibes!"

"Lovely Hotel in a nice location. Great amenities and the staff are respectful and welcoming. Bus stop outside the door and serviced every minutes. Highly recommended."

"Fantastic hotel, very clean, very comfortable, fabulous shower, great breakfast choice. Very easy to walk to old town (15mins) and all attractions easy to navigate to. Definitely use the secret lift door or public lift next to it, takes you from old town / beach level up to reception. Roof terrace bar fabulous views and friendly informal service, rooftop pool popular but great to chill for couple of hours and the lower level spa was perfect when it was drizzly one afternoon. Would highly recommend hotel and would use again if coming back to San Sebastián"

"Nice and clean. Twin room, comfy bed and pillows. Beds were together though and we had a couple of dogs next door. We like dogs but you could hear them barking in the morning. Would recommend this hotel."

"Room was clean and well maintained, for price paid should have supplied robes and slippers, and more in room luxuries. As 4.5 star and expensive. Breakfast was fantastic, best for a long time at a hotel, very healthy and lots of choices. Staff excellent but expect at that level hotel to have porter, etc - not to take luggage to room myself!! Overall great location and very quirky and pleasant hotel, with excellent restaurant. But should try to emulate its services more towards the stars in holds."

"Friendly, knowledgeable, helpful staff. Hotel is ideally situated in a quiet neighborhood between the old town center and beach boardwalk. Room and bath were new, modern and very clean. Car parking directly across the street. Would stay there again."
