My family and I absolutely loved the Bentley. Front desk -all the men helping and the women were extremely friendly and helpful. Everyone was so accommodating and the hotel was just beautiful. Champagne hour was also a plus. Location was great.The only thing I would suggest is add something else to breakfast like maybe pancakes or French toast and extend it to 11 am! We will definitely come back!

The hotel is in an excellent location, you can choose to spend your day at the pool, the beach or visit one of the many bars / restaurants nearby. Hotel staff is very forthcoming and friendly, they let you feel like you are at home. Rooms are clean, however they could be more spacious, rather small for US standards. There is for instance not enough space for luggage and wardrobe is very small as well. Consider 60$ / night extra for parking (valet).

I hope management makes a big change in the rooms’ bathrooms. The tiny, bright overhead light by the sink is just awful. We had 2 rooms and we all agreed on that. Nowadays, much simpler hotels have front and backlit bathroom vanity mirrors. This is a must! The round wall-mounted mirror in the bathroom also needs an upgrade. In addition, if it wants to compete with other luxury brands, Faena must upgrade its in-room amenities. There was no steamer, no iron or ironing board in the bedroom, and bathroom amenities were just ok, but nothing special— I don’t know what shampoo or conditioner I was using. I don’t know what body lotion I was using, while ant other luxury hotels you are presented with an array of toiletries from trusted brands. All it said on it was “Faena”. Plus sides: awesome smart-toilet available, absolutely beautiful, extremely gorgeous hotel overall. Excellent food. Staff is very professional, and Claudia at the Concierge Desk was excellent! Super knowledgeable and efficient.
