The staff is amazing. We have stayed multiple times. Always great service and an amazing stay.

Pool should be open later with entertainment for adults and there should be drinks special nice property but but nothing to do after 6pm unless your going to the night club. Have a ice. I’d in room for guest they only ice box was filled with hotel products which was over prices

We found out that they clean the room every 3 days only... I have never seen a 5 stars hotel got this policy!When we called the front desk because our room was not done, this was their explanation.. What about if you spoil your sheets or you have a baby who drop his milk ? You sleep in dirty sheets for 3 days? come on ! This kind of saving is ridiculous when you see some staff members walking around , doing NOTHING... Reduce your staff and increase the cleaning team! your clientele will appreciate very much...

I absolutely loved staying here. Excellent excellent location right by the beach and all the shops. The food was good. Although the Mediterranean restaurant was OK I loved the pool options and dinner at the Jose Andres restaurant. The pool is beautiful. Worth the money!

The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of South Beach, which is by far its strongest asset. You can walk almost anywhere, and for the price, the location is hard to beat. That said, the service and amenities fall short of what I would expect from a true 5-star property. Beach service feels overpriced, with umbrellas costing $38 and coconuts reaching an astonishing $21 each. While the pool staff are friendly and attentive, simple requests often take far too long, including something as basic as bringing a check. Housekeeping and room service also need improvement. The in-room coffee and tea station was rarely replenished properly, and it often took multiple calls just to receive missing items like cups, sugar, or stirring sticks. Instead of bringing everything at once, staff would frequently forget part of the request. The rooms could use some updates as well. The hair dryer and iron feel outdated, and unfortunately the iron damaged one of my shirts during my stay. Overall, Loews offers a fantastic South Beach location and decent value, but the service inconsistencies and aging room amenities keep it from being a true luxury experience. I would rate it as a solid 4-star hotel rather than a 5-star property.

Good location, boutique hotel. The bathroom is pretty small and it is hard to put your toothbrushes there. It is an old hotel, so the rooms have vintage feel, which comes with fewer amenities. There is no parking, but the valet is available and decently priced, just make sure that you order your car well ahead, if you need it.

The customer experience was exceptional. The location is superb, offering a prime ocean view. The complimentary amenities were a significant highlight.
