The toilet was dirty the floor too and when I reported the customer service just said “ok the cleaning service is on the way “ I don’t receive any courtesy word or room change Bad customer support

We always stay at The Intercontinental when in Miami. The entire staff and the customer service are top notch! We loved our pre cruise stay there. The hotel is always so very clean and located in the perfect spot. We will be back!
