There was a lot of noise from other rooms. Crying babies.

Stunning resort in an even more stunning location. Super expensive, so you just have to decide whether it’s worth the money or not. We stayed for 6 nights. Would likely only stay for 3 next time and split it up a little. Pros: - probably the best place on the island to stay. The island itself is hands down fabulous. - 5 min drive to a few nice restaurants like Brenneke’s, Keoki and Isola Cucina. - loved the lagoon. Nice to hear the ocean but still be in the resort. The whole pool area is really excellent from the fun lazy river to the lagoon. We are a family of four with a ten and twelve year old. The pool options were great for us. - pool waiting staff were really good, particularly Ian and Katelyn. - beds were really comfortable. All of us slept really well. Cons: - really over priced, particularly evening dinner options for families - room was okay. Nothing wrong with it but just needs upgrading, especially bathrooms. - no matter how many times we asked for shampoo and conditioner, they did not replace it. Not ideal when coming in from the beach. Gave up and bought some. Small things that were more an inconvenience, but definitely didn’t spoil our stay. Overall, we would definitely stay here again.

We stayed at the Hokupa’a tower which included access to the Lanai. The view from the terrace is magnificent and the access to the Lanai includes breakfast and small bites and dinner items from 5-7pm. We watched most sunsets at the Lanai while sipping cocktails in front of the infinity pool.

Room accommodation not satisfactory. Elevator broken, repeated issues with door lock. Hotel not willing to correct issues.

We have stayed at this property several times and this most recent visit seemed like there has been a change in management. The first room we were given was not cleaned or made up... our dining was mediocre at best. Ordered a kale cesar salad, no kale to be seen. My wife ordered halibut that was poorly cooked. The staff were all very nice and the property grounds are very well maintained and beautiful landscaping.
