「Location is within reasonable walking distance to everything, including the conference center. Multiple locations to eat nearby. Room is very clean. Outdoor pool was being renovated while we were there, but other than that, room was exactly as advertised. Only drawback was that I made multiple requests for the property owner to contact me prior to arrival because our organization is tax exempt. Never heard from them.」

「If you dont have any trouble walking, this is a perfect place to stay. Close enough but far enough also. For the price i was expecting it to be pristine but was a little worn on the cabinets and bathrooms.」

The condo had everything we needed for our 5 day vacation. It’s conveniently located to the main part of town but still quiet and close to the river. We will definitely be returning.」

「When booking online, you never know what you might end up with but this place exceeded expectations. Family friendly, kid friendly. The view was breathtaking as the description said and the location is perfect. Only 20 minutes away from the Gatlinburg strip! We will absolutely book in the future.」

「I loved the fact that although it was walking distance from town, it was not on the main street, so getting in and out was no problem. We were also very happy with the homey atmosphere. As to dislike, there was really only one thing, and that was because I wasn't aware that they didn't supply toiletries, so we had to make a quick trip to the drug store for shampoo and soap for the shower. 」

「The description is exactly what it says, we were pleased with the experience. We only stayed 2 nights but it had a kitchenette in this room for anyone staying longer. There were white stains on the sheets for the pull out couch but we bring our own sheets anywhere we go so that’s a non issue for us. The decor is authentic for the Smokey mountains. Would for sure stay again if we ever needed.」
