「All the decorations and all the rooms were nicely set up. Everything was Amazing. Only critic was the hot water would run out quick in the showers. And there were a lot of lady bugs in the main room. 」

「This location was absolutely perfect. We could walk right to town for activities, eating, and shopping. The place was clean and a great size for two adults and two children. My only complaint was the listing stated there was a washer and dryer but did not specify it was not in the unit and was in a community space and required quarters. It def makes a difference in your trip if you have to take two hours to wash clothes in a common area vs at the end of the day in your own space. Just something...

「The condo needs to be updated in every room. The twin bedroom bed near the window had ants. There was a mouse running around in our condo. I actually saw it and it was just running around during the day. It scared us to death! Not enough towels or wash clothes. 」

「Great experience and loved our stay! The highlight of this condo in my opinion is the location and convenience to downtown as well as the Smoky Mountains Park which we spent a lot of time in. Not having to worry about parking, and being able to just walk out was great (right by the Village section which had some nice little shops like the Donut Frier). 「We really enjoyed our three night stay at the cozy bear condo on top of the mountain in the Gatlinburg area. The condo was lovely, clean, quiet and stocked with all the kitchen appliances towels, bedding, toiletries, games everything you could need to enjoy a quiet, peaceful mountain getaway. The pool and hot tub were wonderful and the property was well maintained. It was just a quick 10 minute drive down the mountain to be right in town.
