「This property obviously has an incredible location at the bottom of Peak 7 for the easiest access you could have to the mountain. What makes this space different are the hosts. They have been very thoughtful in setting up the space, they even had coffee beans and a grinder, along with a fully stocked spice rack, and cooking necessities in the cabinet. We also loved the comfy sheets and pillows. We can't wait to stay again.」

「It was a short walk to the lift but able to ski almost to our door. Room was clean but small. Good for 2 people. Shower was only 3x3 feet. Refrigerator was tiny. Couldn't fit a gallon of milk and 2 liter of soda at the same time. It was the first place we ever stayed at that required us to empty trash before we left. My biggest complaint were the thermostats. They were very difficult to operate and we had problems getting it warm.」

「This property is spacious, clean, well supplied, and the property manager was very responsive and helpful. We had several minor maintenance issues that were promptly attended to with friendly service. Snow was cleared promptly each morning that we had snow, but the driveway is hard to get in & out I spent a week with my family members of various ages, and another week with friends. 「This was a beautiful, well equipped condo in what has become our favorite building in Breck. The condo is steps away from town, on the town transport line to get to the gondola (stop is right outside the front door), and has a helpful front desk to answer any questions about Breckenridge (and take your skis or board to store in a locker). 「We had a great weekend getaway with friends at Sawmill Creek at the end of the ski season. It would be nice if the cancellation terms were a little more flexible (non refundable starting 2 weeks prior) but it was a great deal with nice space and amenities. It’s a great location with an easy walk to the gondola @ 10 min with ski gear and Main Street. We look forward to staying there again.」

「We went during seasons so many of the amenities were closed or under maintenance. They do charge a resort fee, but the manager was very accommodating and did reverse the fee because of the situation. Management and front desk were very kind and communicative. Great location to skiing and town.」
