Amazing location, great property!

Stayed here with friends for my birthday and truly it is one of the best houses I’ve ever stayed out through VRBO. Location is unbeatable, property is clean and well kept! Would definitely stay here again!

Great location and property

The property is in great condition and the location is great. Easy walk to Quicksilver chairlift, right off of Main Street. Underground parking is very convenient. Would stay here again!

Fantastic location

This is the second time we've stayed here and we absolutely love it. By far the best combination of location, space, and quality of any property we've stayed at in Breckenridge. We will absolutely be coming back.

Perfect Location, great for getting together

Location was excellent. Covered parking is a major plus. TV and speaker setup made watching big games an incredible experience.No complaints worth mentioning.

Great for ski & hang

Perfectly located just across the street from village shops, restaurants. Great spot to hang after skiiing. Easy 5-7min walk through village shops to main lift.

Phenomenal experience!

The absolute perfect property for a friends’ ski trip to Breck! The property is absolutely beautiful and the location could not be beat. Communication before and during the stay was stellar and everything from the cleanliness to the small details were spot-on. We particularly loved the mudroom access, heated driveway, underground parking (with EV hookups), and close access to the hot tub.

Loved the home!! Very clean! Well-stocked kitchen! The home was in the perfect location to walk to grocery, restaurants, the Village, and the lift for peak 9. Beautiful mountain views from most all the windows. Would definitely choose to stay here again if we come back to this area.

We had an amazing time in Breckenridge due in large part to the location and amenities Placer Ridge Lookout provided. The property managers went out of their way to accommodate our group and travel arrangements. The location was perfect, situated just off main street with a trolley stop right in front of the house. We took the trolley all around Breckenridge. The well equipped space was plenty big enough for our two families of four. We will definitely be back and recommend this place over and over.

Excellent Family Stay

The property is well located just a short walk from main street with access to restaurants/après/shopping/grocery all within walking distance. You can also walk to Beaver Run base 9 area, or it's a short drive for drop off/pick up. There's plenty to do for non-skiers/boarders as well. The house is spacious with great hangout spaces and an easy to use entertainment system. The inclusion of washer/dryer was a huge benefit for a travelling family as well! Overall, it was a great stay.

I mean, I thought it was going to be nice but I was pleasantly surprised by the top of the line kitchen appliances, beautiful wood work, and attention to detail such as the heated floor at the entrance and integrated audio system. There were two balconies- I’m not sure I knew that before my arrival and the dishes/plate ware are fully stocked. Bathrooms are really nice with great water pressure. The customer service team was very helpful and responsive. I’d stay here again without hesitation! There was a damaged chair when we arrived but the team took care of that as soon as it was brought to their attention. I’m very pleased.

Unit shows better than it actually as it’s getting a bit dated. Kitchen appliances need some repairs: icemaker in the freezer didn’t work, one of the coffee makers didn’t work, the garbage cans/disposal Was broken. But overall very solid. Bedrooms and beds are very comfortable. Water pressure in the showers is fair.
