Rooms were clean . Not a lot to do at the resort . A small bottle of water was $6,75 rest is imaginable. Staff were friendly and helpful . Pool was boring , more like small Y pool. El Yunque National rainforest park was an hour away..

View from room was outstanding! Staff were very friendly. Housekeeping was meh. Bathroom was not cleaned during stay. Toilet paper not refilled. Sheets on bed were pulled up but pillows were left as we left them, not fluffed/straightened. Outlets on walls did not hold plugs securely, only able to charge phones using half of the outlets in the room. Restaurants were overall very nice, good food. Boat ride to island was nice, but a little rough, so bring dramamine, etc if prone to motion sickness. Pools were lovely. There was always enough room to find a shaded spot, both at the pools and on the island. Likewise, towels were in abundant supply. Overall, it is a beautiful property, but could improve a bit in the areas of housekeeping and infrastructure. They offer the ability to fill water bottles at various locations. One of the filter indicators we noticed was red, told the front desk. 5 days later it is still red. No bueno. While they offered a few activities and a play area for kids, if this area was enhanced (perhaps an activity coordinator)they could become a family destination of choice.

It was a wonderful experience. The staff provided exceptional service.

I am so happy I chose this hotel! It was perfect!! You are literally steps away from the beach! I mean steps! They set you up with free breakfast every morning ! There are 2 dogs on property soo friendly and cute and well taken care of. Many restaurants walking distance. Powerful AC I loved. They give you beach towels, there’s a community basket of sunscreen and bug spray. You can hear the frogs at night. I am definitely staying here again!
