The property was in very clean shape for being under a bit of construction. I didn't like I had to take 2 elevators to get to lobby from my room and nobody told me, I had to figure it out on my own. Room 8527

Great rooms. Perfect location. Beautiful hotel overall. Wish we had more time at the property. We'd love to stay again.

Cons: Check in was a mess! The lines for the self-service kiosk and customer service were wrapped and slow. We were told we would receive a text message when our room was ready. After not receiving a text, and dragging our luggage around the casino, we finally went and spoke to customer service. They "unassigned" us from our room and we were never reassigned. The text would've never come. When we were finally given a room, it was a view of the parking lot, with the sphere far in the background. We were celebrating our anniversary, so it was very disappointing. I called to ask for another room, but they were at capacity, so we were stuck looking at the parking lot the entire time. Also, there is a $68 daily resort fee added. Pros: Housekeeping was amazing. The room was cleaned every day. Very beautiful.

I loved the Palazzo and Venetian properties!

the hotel was beautiful and gorgeous the only down side was the AC was not working well so the room was warm

Only complaint my wife and I have is the hot water in the room that took 10 mins . Seriously 10 mins till it actually came on..
