Nice place but a bit lacking on the fine touches at this pricepoint and customer service. One elevator was out and the other was slow. Staff was very loud with walkie talkies outside door in the morning. Due to some glitch we had had cleaning staff try to enter our room three times thinking we had checked out. That was with Do Not Disturb on the door. Not cool. Felt like we were getting bum rushed outta there.

Cute boutique hotel in the center of everything in Sunny Isle. Staffs was amazing Overall clean and it's great value

Clean Room, Easy check-in process, Great tv. Comfortable bed, quiet. Couple of things to be aware of. Breakfast on site is $42 a person! Pre-paying may be cheaper. All bar & food services have automatic 18% charges added. Room lighting is nice, but swiching can be confusing. There is a light that outlines the TV, and the shut on/off is in a black rectangle in the bench fixture below theTV.

Everyone at hotel was great. Moved me to a better room after the first was too noisy - it was the elevator next to my room. Beach Staff and restaurant could not be better. However, concierge was not great. Couldn’t help with any rezy or the spot in NYC. When I asked about making a simple dining reservation at the hotel itself (which is fantastic,) they were looking for a markup on a table rezy…so my two cents stay at the hotel but make your own rezy
