Very convenient location with a mall!! Staff is very friendly and helpful. Hotel was clean and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. Be sure to ask for a room far away from the elevators and ice machines! Very loud!
Elevators are extremely packed, since 3 are out of service. Be sure to reserve extra time for waiting. It could take 10+ minutes especially if you have a big group. Gordon Ramseys burger was delicious!

Everything is wonderful here! But the buffet line is too long. It’s 2026, they are still using the super old lining up system. Why can’t they just get our phone number and text us when it’s our time to be seated. So that none of us needs to wait in line for almost 1-2 hours to get seated. It wastes everyone’s time for no reason.
