The rooms were amazing and the staff was so friendly

The entire staff was welcoming and friendly. Throughout the common areas they had soothing aroma therapy. The room was large and well decorated, lighting was very adjustable, bed was incredibly comfortable and the rainfall shower was fantastic. The 2nd floor heated pool near the bar is a nice plus, as are the chairs, towels, and drink service at the beach. We also visited the rooftop restaurant which was a bit pricy but had a good vibe and tasty food. Did I mention it's also right on the beach? Definitely would visit again.

Pretty bad experience

Great staff, very clean, and all around beautiful resort!

We have a good stay. The staff at all ends of the hotel have always been excellent; this isn't our first time staying here. The hotel does need some updating as it is getting a bit "old". Also, we were not happy with the resort fees and taxes that could have been better explained by Expedia to be honest. Expedia could also do a better job with the airline reservations because we incurred a lot of additional fees for things that we were not aware of with the airline booking. Again, this is a nice hotel, but it is time to give it a facelift. Another restaurant or two wouldnt be a bad idea either.

Stayed for four nights. Room was beautiful and spotless. Staff was friendly and courteous. Food was great. My wife and I really enjoyed our stay.
