Staff is top notch. We love Youngmin, Quincy, Natalia, Ivan and Ryan- they no doubt add to our experience. Rooms are modern, spacious enough and clean. We love that there’s a soft bed in the living room, and the biggest positive for us is the kitchenette! Location cannot be beat as well. You’re literally 10mins from the mall, amazing restaurants in Yaletown, and multiple playgrounds. We can’t remember the number of times we’ve been to this hotel, multiple each year, and we love returning each time.

We had a great stay here in one of the apartment rooms. Super clean, had everything you could need, in a great area. Highly recommended!

Nice room. Friendly and helpful staff

One elevator was down, causing slight delays. Room was fantastic, quiet, clean and very modern. As an older person with failing hearing, i need people to speak louder, and to notice my problem when I lean in and cup my ear. Staff missed this.
